Kinetic Foundation Football Academy
Kinetic Foundation are delighted to announce a new partnership with HASJW to offer an individualised, innovative football and education programme for 16-18 year olds.
As a registered charity, Kinetic Foundation adopt a holistic approach to develop each young person as a ‘whole’ rather than from just a technical or tactical component. Alongside our excellent football provision we deliver a volunteering programme, mentoring scheme, mental health support pillar and employability workshops on career planning.
Education offer
Pupils can complete a double CTEC Vocational Sport (plus an A level) pathway or triple CTEC Vocational Sport pathway. Entry requirements to the football programme are 5 GCSEs at Grade 4+ including English, although particular A level subjects have higher GCSE grade cut offs which can be seen in the Individual Subject Requirements section. Our bespoke training and match schedule will take place outside of the timetabled lessons to ensure that pupils can undertake whichever academic pathway without any clashes.
Football offer
We employ an extensive, diverse and experienced staff body which consists of UEFA qualified coaches, strength and conditioning experts, sports therapists, youth workers, mentors, life coaches and counsellors.
Kinetic Academy scholars will train for five hours per week and play matches on a Wednesday in either the National Youth Alliance League, Bostik Youth League, FA Youth Cup or the ESFA National Cup.
Kinetic is extremely proud of their track record of supporting young people to secure professional contracts – 55 young people in six seasons have achieved this.
